The basic Sealy Posturepedic is designed to offer both push-back support and a relief from pressure points, which are so common with innerspring mattresses. The Posturepedic comes in numerous models depending on your firmness preference .
The Sealy Posturepedic SpringFree Mattress
The SpringFree line represents the first latex Sealy mattresses ever made. They’re built with a solid latex core in lieu of a traditional innerspring construction. This provides total support, but without the pressure points that can cause tossing and turning.
Because of the latex core, these mattresses can sleep “hotter” than traditional innerspring models. Latex and other foam mattresses tend to absorb heat and hold it, so if you prefer a cooler night’s sleep, this may not be the mattress for you.

The Sealy Posturepedic TrueForm Mattress is made with patented memory foam technology. It’s actually built with a standard support base that’s then topped with a memory foam pad or topper.
Like latex, memory foam will respond to the body’s movements and temperature, so it tends to be warmer and more adaptive.
The TrueForm does come in a range of firmness levels, but if you really prefer a firmer or cooler nights’ sleep, you may want to look at other Sealy mattresses, like the traditional Sealy Posturepedic innerspring models.
